Advertising Cancellations with Blogpire Productions Web Sites

In the month the advertising in terminated the advertiser is responsible to pay that month in full. The advertiser is also responsible to pay the remaining 50% of the contract or IO. If an advertiser has paid in full for the ad run, there is no refund for the remaining future advertising the advertiser hasn't run.

Ad Tracking and Ad Server from Blogpire Productions

Ad tracking is provided in our ad server and reports are mailed out weekly with ad impressions and ad clicks. Ad creative must be supplied with links and banners. After creative is uploaded to the ad server, clients must verify their banners are directing site visitors to the proper destination. Blogpire Productions is not responsible for any lost clicks or impressions based on incorrect URLS sent and non-verified from any advertiser.

Products We Review Received from First, Second and Third Parties

Our sites feature reviews of products received from various parties. Whenever possible we have referred to the party we received the product(s) from in the review or news article. We receive products from the company of the product, PR agencies, and even stores that carry the product(s). As stated we always disclose whenever possible where the product came from including when we purchase the product ourselves to review.
